We bought some at Target but they had a very limited selection on smaller sizes so I bought a couple of boxes just to have some extras especially with summer here in Texas!!
I found some at Target. I also found swim trunks that have the swim diaper already built it. You are supposed to be able to reuse the trunks over and over so you don't have to put baby in new swim diapers each time. They are made by Spedo. I haven't tried them yet though so I'm not sure how good they work.
I just bought DS this diaper from myswimbaby.com and it is so cute--very fast shipping, too. I like that I won't be using disposables all summer, and the price is comparable to what you'd pay for a couple packages of disposable swim diapers.

Re: Where to buy Swim Diapers?
Walmart didn't have them? Weird.
I bought DS's at Sam's (or Costco... whatever you have in your area)
