BFP with #2, trying not to panic!

I just found out this morning that I'm pregnant, and I would like a little reinforcement from those of you who have two close together.  Mine will be 18 months apart, which isn't too bad, but I was hoping to space them out just a little further apart.  Oh well, I guess you handle the cards that are dealt with you right?  How has/was your experience with two little ones so close in age? TIA!

    Check out 2 under 2 board or even the 12-24 board.

    Aww Congrats! Check out the 2 under 2 board. You can get alot of advice from them.

    i'm expecting #2 also.  they will be 15 months apart.  i don't have any advice -- just wanted to say congrats and i feel your panic!  Wink

    you may want to post this on the 2 under 2 board.  there are some moms over there who already have experience caring for both....

    It will be okay!!! Mine are almost exactly 17 months apart and I was freaked out at first too but it has worked out just fine. Now I am actually glad I had them closer together although we didn't plan it that way. DS has done great with having a little sister. He loves trying to help with her. DD loves watching DS play and now playing with him. GL and H&H 9 months!

    First three months, hard.  Everything after that, lots of fun! 

    Tonight, DD's were in the bath and #1 was pouring water over #2's head and she was laughing (like a big belly laugh) and my other DD was so happy that she made her sister laugh that she started laughing equally hard.  It was so cute that it just about brought tears to my eyes.  I love having my two girls 18.5 months apart.
