Nothing!! I mean I don't have to eat or drink anything and I still have it! I have it 24/7! I love it when the drs tell me "Don't eat or drink anything 1 hr before bed and that will help with the nighttime heartburn!" Umm nope wrong!! I think just me breathing gives me heartburn! I keep buying the baby all kinds of hair accessories because I am telling myself she will have a ton of hair when she is born! I packed her brush in my bag!! I know it's just an old wives tale but I would like to think I will get some excitement in the end because of it!
