Sweating at night - Vent!

I have the AC blasting at night and I still wake up in the middle of the night sweating! Poor DH is freezing and he is under three blankets. I have nothing covering me and I feel like I am in the desert. Anyone else??

Yes!!!! Last night was awful. I haven't had night sweats since 1st tri but I fear they are back. I woke up hot so many times last night. I know our air is on really cool in the bedroom so it had to be me. But still, I asked DH if he turned the temperature up. I feel your misery.

Last summer I slept in flannel pjs because the house was so cold to me (but DH was comfortable) This summer, we have the a/c running and three fans in the bedroom pointed at me and DH has extra blankets on his side of the bed!

I have the same problem...I sleep in my undies and sweat like a pig...seriously! I feel like I need to take ANOTHER shower in the morning just to feel clean!

It is the same way at my house, we have the air on and the fan on and I still wake up every night sweating.

We turn it back to 70 at night, and I still wake up hot. DH has learned that he can't cuddle up to me in the middle of the night anymore!

You're not alone - I've resorted in sleeping in just panties and still wake up drenched in sweat. And I kick off the covers only to have DH cover me back up in his sleep and try to snuggle.
