yesterday around this time I went into the lunchroom for something and by the time I got there, I thought I was going to faint - very airy feeling, like walking on clouds, and just feeling like I was going to lose my balance. I sat down, took in some deep breaths, drank some water and was OK.
the same thing just happened now only I had to walk from one end of the office to the other and could NOT sit since nobody knows I'm pg. By the time I got to my seat now, it sounded like air was blowing in my ears.
WTF?!
I know there's lots going on in there, I know there's tons of blood flowing and stuff... but YIKES.
I guess I should start jotting this down so I can bring it up to my doctor at my next appt.
thanks for listening.
Re: feel like I could faint - again
Make sure you stay hydrated and eat frequent snacks to keep your blood sugar up. I have had issues with light-headedness for years due to low blood pressure - I find these things help.
Also, I JUST figured out what your screen name stands for. LOL.
