Does BH feel like Running cramp?

I have been cramping not too severely (or at least to in my opinion) and sometimes it feels like a running cramp- is that what BH is suppose to feel like?

My BH don't hurt at all. It just feels like my ute tightens up for a minute.

BH feels like your stomach stretches really tight for about 30 seconds. It gets rock hard and there is a light pressure.

When I have BH, it doesn't hurt at all...my tummy just tightens up for about 30-60 seconds then releases.
