    My DH wants me to be a sahm but when I was on mat leave he got pissy once that he had to work and I didn't. Since I have gone back to work he has had to watch LO a few times and took it back so quickly. He had no idea how much work it really was.

    Take him up on his offer.  On Saturday you go out and leave your LO with your DH and see how he feels when you get home.  LOL!

    Ha, too bad this doesn't work for me.  DH LOVES being at home with DD.  He's called dibs on SAHP.

    My H says this to my ALL the time.  It is so fkn annoying!!  "If you could go out and make the $, I would gladly stay home." 

    I'm only on fkn maternity leave.

    yeah, mine said this then agreed to stay at home every tuesday....his tune has totally changed.  but it is really good for him and for ds to have that time together.  i wish i could stay at home

    i guess mine will get his chance on the 19th when i go back to work.  his mom flies in the next day to watch G for a couple weeks.  Problem is, he would never admit to me that it was hard, even if he thought it was.

    this.   it took one day with the 2 boys alone and dh said "i don't know how you do it!"
