At work today, I was looking out the window from my office as I saw 6 people get into a convertible: the driver, a lady in the front passenger seat with a 6 or 7 year old placed in her lap, three people in the back seat, one of which had a car seat in their lap and I can only assume a baby in it. I was on the second floor but could not get down there in time to stop them. I work in a hospital so I was shocked they were able to drive off like that! It scared the crap out of me.
