Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.

I have done it for 60+ days. At first I kept doing level 3 but now I do level 1, then 2, then 3 repeat. I try to do it every day but cut myself slack. So I figure 5-6 days is good.
And I upped my weights and added weights to all the cardio on level 1 and 2.

So do you continue to see better results or did you kinda plateau out at 30 days?
?I'm not going for weight loss but I'd really like my shorts to fit better and I'd LOVE to see some toning up in my arms, abs, butt, and thighs.
