cramps at 22 weeks?

I am having period like cramps at 22 weeks.  Is this normal?

    My doctor told me to call her if I had cramps that didn't go away.  Are you sure it isn't gas? I would call if they don't go away.

    Very normal.  Sounds like RLP.  If it gets worse or doesn't go away after resting you can call your doc.  But it is SOOOO normal 99% of the time.

    I had some cramps today. It turned out that I just needed to poop. I felt 100% better after I did poo.
