are they actually soothing or do they distract your LO! C doesn't have one but i think she might enjoy one.. are they worth the money?

    Ben loves his mobile, and we just bought the baby crack machine and he loves that as well.  Not distracting, definitely soothing for him!

    Homedics Lullaby Sound Spa. You can get it at BB&B or Target. It has white noise (heartbeat, ocean, rain) and songs that you can play non stop or put on a timer, and several projection disks (cows & moons, sea animals, jungle animals) that you can point at the ceiling or the wall.

    We live in an apt complex so we put the "rain" on during naps & nights for white noise & he sleeps great!!!

    DS loves his!!!

    Yeah. Sometimes he's passed out and I will still put it on.
