anyone a realtor?

Got a question for any Realtors out there. My parents and DH and I both are going to sell our condos (different towns) would it do us any good to use the same realtor? Can they give us a better deal on their commission if they are selling 2 places? We aren't going to buy, just sell.

    Not a realtor, but have a friend who is one. Depending on their level of experience, their commission is decided by the agency so they probably don't have the flexibility to throw in a commission discount. But it's not unheard of.

    I am a Realtor in Maine. We will often reduce commissions if people list more then one property with us or if they buy and sell through us. I would totally use it as a negotiating point when interviewing your Realtors.

    We typically charge a 6% commission for a single family home, but if people do multiple listings, we do 5% instead.
