I don't mean to brag, but...

in 3rd Trimester

I love my husband!

Here is the list of things he has done in our home for the baby

-tiled the whole basement floor

-rebricked the porch

-had the roof redone

-hired someone to redo the hardwood floors

-rebuilt our chimney on the inside (I am not sure why this was important, but I guess it was if we wanted a fire this winter)

-put a new bathroom in the basement 

-read books to the baby at least a few nights a week

I  wish I could do something special for him (that does not cost money).  Any suggestions?

    Write him a letter telling him how thankful you are of everything he does!

    What a sweet DH. You could write a poem from the baby to your dh. My dh wrote me a mommy to be poem for me for mothers day. It was so sweet and thoughful. You could also make his favorite dinner and dessert and put a little note under the blanket on his pillow telling him how thankful you are.

      Yeah...  we don't do that anymore :(  Maybe I will will thank him this way 6 weeks postpartum!

    LOLOLOL THIS!!!  This is what will make almost any guy happy!  And maybe a nice card telling him how appreciative you are of all the stuff he's done... he sounds like he's going to be an awesome SuperDad!

    Wow. Here my dh was bragging that he finally switched the dingy ivory outlets in the baby's room to white last night.  It only took him two months to do that.

    Well you know, I couldn't think of anything my H would appreciate more these days; especially if he'd been doing the kind of work the the OP's H has done.

    Much like her, our sex life is null and void... so a good BJ could go a long way with him! LOL
