People whose zip codes begin with 182,183,194,185,186, 187 and 188 will not receive mail. The counties affected are Susquehanna, Luzerne, Monroe , Lackawanna, Sullivan, Pike, Wayne, Carbon, Schuylkill, Columbia, Bradford and Wyoming

Thanks for the heads up ladies!  Its snowing over here in the 18709 area, they expect 2-3 more inches before tomorrow... like we need that!  DH estimated he has shoveled 20+ inches in the last 24 hours!
