Accupuncture

I just wanted to let anyone interested know that I started acupuncture today to help with the TTC process. I?m recently coming off birth control and have had some issues with my cycle. Of course it?s too early to talk about results but I will say that I left the appointment with a care plan, a wealth of knowledge, and two acupuncturists who were optimistic and excited about my adventure. A good friend of mine has experienced two miscarriages this year and decided to try acupuncture with her third. She is just about past the first trimester and feels that acupuncture has been a great help. Luckily my insurance covers an unlimited number of visits so I thought I?d give it a try. Wish me luck!

Good luck!! I tried acupuncture 2 separate times for 12 visits each time and unfortunately was unable to start my period, but I really did enjoy acupuncture and felt relaxed and confident. Where are you going?? GL and keep us posted!!
