    I don't see why not. They sell sweet potato fries in the freezer section. If they're fresh uncooked and just cut, you'll want to blanche them first (dip in boiling water then put in cold water, then freeze)

    Yep! I usually cook at least partially.  Then I toss some in the oven when we want them. If I cooked them all the way and freeze I throw in microwave.
