  QOD: The first thins I purchased were 3 pairs of socks from a sock boutique in Gatlinburg TN while we were on vacation.  I was around 6/7 weeks and it was my way of being a positive thinker that this pregnancy would turn out

  The first thing we bought was the PNP for our house. I thought the pattern was being discontinued (it wasn't) and it was on a decent sale, so I wanted to get it right away before it was gone!

  Dh laughed at me when I got teary eyed as he put it in the car. LOL Then right after that, we bought the area rug for the nursery. After that, the floodgates opened and we started buying stuff all the time!

  QOD: I would have to say the first thing purchased was the car seat protector.  Then baby furniture.

  I'm not eyeing anything yet, but I'm on the lookout for his outfit for pictures and coming home.  I haven't found exactly what I'm looking for yet.

  [/RA with Sjogren's Syndrome. Risk of heart block in newborn. Age: DH and I are both 38.
  BFP #1: 11/25/2007, EDD 7/28/2008 - Missed m/c (blighted ovum) 12/6/2007 6w3d, D&C 1/3/2008.
  BFP #2: 4/2008 - Natural m/c at 6w.
  Met with RE in 5/2008 full cycle analysis and SA normal. Not considered high risk for blood clots but prescribed 1 baby aspirin a day precautionary during TTC and Progesterone suppositories during 1st trimester of pregnancy.
  BFP #3: 10/17/2008. EDD 6/23/2009,  Third time's the charm! Healthy baby boy born 6/27/2009 via emergency c-section.
  BFP #4: 6/14/2011. Healthy baby boy born 2/16/2012 via elective c-section.
  BFP #5: 1/15/2014. EDD 9/22/2014. 2/17/14:.We have a BABY!!! Heart rate 167 and measuring on time. 3/10/14 u/s #2 baby measuring perfectly at 12 weeks at heart rate of 166. NT u/s was normal. Maternit21 blood draw on 3/5/14. Results back on 3/19 - Normal.  It's a BOY!!!  4/10/14 at 16 weeks, 3 days discovered baby's heart stopped at 15 weeks, 6 days. D&C 4/11/14.  Pathology results were all normal.  New information on 8/11/14 - blood test revealed 1/3 of babys blood was in mine caused, most likely, by a tear in the placenta from extreme coughing.  Doctor believes this to be the cause of death.  Repeat D&C and Hysteroscopy scheduled for 8/19/14.  My Chart

  I bought four FuzziBunz cloth diapers at around 12 weeks.  They were on sale.  I couldn't help myself.  They are the cutest things ever.  Since then, I've bought some baby washcloths and knit a couple baby sweaters.  That's it!

  QOTD:  I've been too nervous to buy anything just yet.  And really since it's our third we don't really need a heck of a lot.  If it's another girl we have tons of clothes.  If it's a boy we'll get clothes from SIL who has a boy.  Either way we are pretty set!  We will need a new infant carrier and a basinette but we'll do that much later.

  I bought a frame for our first sonogram that says, "Our Sweet Pea"

  1st pregnancy: m/c began 1/12/09 d&c 1/13/09 8wks. Baby stopped growing at about 6wks.

  Honestly, we haven't bought anything yet for this baby.  We kept the nursery furniture and car seat / stroller from the previous pregnancy.  I am currenlty eyeing a glider that is really living room type furniture figuring it can move to the living room when done in the nursery.  But I haven't pulled the trigger yet.

  I have not purchased anything myself, but I have received some childrens books from my husbands parents and a few friends.  I am eyeing a Bears jersey for the baby, but which one I buy will be dependent on my little turkey is a boy or a girl.

  I purchased a few onesies and some books right when I found out I was pregnant.  The biggest purchase for the baby has been the bedding.  It just came in today!

  We bought a tshirt and hoodie when we found out we were having a boy. ?Then I also bought a ton of onesies at a garage sale, and most recently the crib and changing table. ?

  I bought two outfits -- a Seahwawks onesie jersey and a Seahawks warmup suit.  I figured we could put on pink socks if we were having a girl.

  I started getting a lot of stuff as gifts/handmedowns from one of my bosses early on we got a play mat, 2 swings, bathtub, excersaucer, car seat and two bases, a snap-n-go and a red petunia pickle bottom diaper bag before I knew it, so that was great, I think the first thing I actually bought was a gap onesie on sale that says "Natural Beauty" on it, I was going to give it away if we ended up having a boy.

  We have several little outfits that we've collected over the last 2 years of trying, but we haven't bought anything specifically for this baby yet. I did buy 2 packs of diapers the other day, figured we better start stockpiling those while I'm still working and we have more money! hee hee And we did replace the flooring in the nursery a couple of weeks ago, so I guess that was for baby. I'm starting to look at furniture now, but will probably hold off until we know the sex to pick that for sure.

  The first thing we purchased were some books. Lately my DH has been dragging me to stores to look at baby clothes. We have bought a couple of onesies & a bunch of NY Mets outfits. We figure if we have a girl we will just make sure we put a pink hat on her.

  thanks for updating me on here! you do a good job at this list!!  I think the first thing I bought was a little boy scrapbook calendar for the nursery. I have done a little calendar for in their rooms with the stickers of first tooth and all that.  it was the only one on the shelf and was meant to be!  I bought a bouncer off kohls the other day at half off in the print i wanted and i bought some cute binkies yesterday at target!  gotta get rolling!

  I bought a Kate Spade diaper bag during an on-line sample sale before we were even TTC, so it's been sitting waiting for this little guy to arrive for a long time!
