Do you think he will change his mind?
When we were first married, he wanted 2-3. But after DD, he thinks she is enough!
The first three months were REALLY hard. DD is not an easy baby at all, and the only time DH gets to interact with her is when he gets home from work and she is tired and grouchy. The weekends are better, but I think he just sees her as all work and very little joy, though I know he loves her immensely.

My DH is the same way...our baby is a high maintenance baby...he isn't easy at all. And I get up with him 4 times plus a night...he does not at all.
I say also give it time. I'm hoping DH will change his mind. I hope yours will. I think once babies become more interactive, guys like things more.
