I teach pastry at a local college and we finally have a herb garden -- planted about 2 months ago, I'm excited to be making some focaccia with rosemary, fresh chives and dill in salads, etc.

I am so going to swipe some for the house. No one notices them really anyway past June...

Does anyone know how long it takes for blueberries to ripen? There are some on the bush that are hard and green...
