Gift Help - Godparents

I want to give D's godparents a little gift this weekend at his baptism.  His godmother is my best friend and I was thinking a nice frame we could put a photo of the two of them.  Sound ok?

The tough one is my brother, who is looking forward to being The Godfather...he's been practicing his movie quotes for weeks.  Anyway, he's 26 and living the single guy life.  He loves playing poker, video games, drinking beer and blogging about the Sharks.  None of these interests really lend themselves to a godparent type gift.  I asked DH if a frame would be ok for him too...and he looked at me like I was crazy.  Now I'm totally at a loss. 

Any ideas?

    Oh, I would totally get him a frame with a pic of him and D inside!  I remember when I was in college, just about every single guy I knew had a picture of themselves with some random kid that they were somehow connected too.  Total bonus if that pic is with a nephew!!  It makes them look sensitive to single girls that will be in their apartment to see the pic.

    If your DH really feels the frame is lame though, my DH just bought himself the boxed Blu Ray of all of the Godfather movies.  I guess it just came out on Blu Ray, and might make a nice gift.

    Congrats on Dane's Baptism!  The frames are a great gift.  My brother, who is a bachelor, 28 in SF is going to be Z's godfather.  For Christmas we got him a frame that said I love my uncle with a picture of his niece.  I'm thinking of getting one that says Godfather with a picture of them.  My brother is very excited and proud to be her uncle/godfather.  He loved the gift.  Great plus, it's been a great discussion with the ladies.  Lol.

    Genius!  I love the idea of the movie set and an engraved frame.  He'll get a kick out of that.  And Meritage, if he rolls his eyes at the frame I'll let him know the ladies will love it.

    If he is excited to be the Godfather I say go for the frame. My 18 yr old nephew is JLKs and was the same way. What about a personalized frame with a good godfather the movie quote??

    Don't - seriously.  I'm mainly doing it because I totally owe my BF.  I didn't get it together enough to get her a hostess gift for all the work she did on my baby shower.
