While I love the moby (like loveduds), I find it VERY hot. It is like wearing a sweatshirt and the baby
I think the Ergo or beco butterfly are probably the coolest, but $$$ I got a mei tai baby, which is along the same lines, but I haven't used it much yet.
I loved my Moby, but ditto pp it was too hot last summer. I heard gauze wraps are much cooler, so I went to the fabric store and bought 5 or so yards of gauze. Then my mom sewed up the side and I used the rubber band trick for the ends. Take each end one at a time and fan fold it back and forth. Then wrap a rubber band around each end and then turn the ends inward to make a little ball/knot out of them. There used to be instructions online with picture, but it looks like the web site is gone now. You can also just sew across each end as well. It was definitely much cooler, but it is not as comfy as the jersey. I have heard that the more washing you do with gauze, the softer it gets.
