Success after IF
Saying goodbye, but hope to be back soon!
Unfortunately our baby stopped growing around 7-8 weeks and now it's over. My D&C is scheduled for tomorrow. I am devastated (especially since we previously saw a heartbeat) but still hopeful. The baby was measuring a little behind at our first ultrasound and I had a deep down feeling something was wrong - even though I didn't have any spotting, cramping, bleeding - nothing. At this point my RE thinks this was just really bad luck. Fortunately our IVF cycle was successful and we have 11 on freeze. We'll start a FET when my body is back to normal. I wish everyone the best with their pregnancies and hope to be back soon!

After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

I speak from our own experience - we had our baby tested after our d&c at 13 wks and found out why it happened. It provided good closure for us knowing that we did nothing wrong and it was inevitable that we would loose the baby. You may want to ask about testing for your own peace of mind. I also had no spotting or any warnings something was wrong.
After a loss at 13wks and years dealing with IF and failed treatments (3 failed IUI and 1 failed IVF), we have been blessed with DS (surprise BFP) and now his little sister (2nd round of clomid and TI) on her way.
Oh honey, I feel your pain.
I just went through this myself, it's nothing less than horrible.
