Photo collages online with words

How do you do this ?

I've seen them with backgrounds with pictures over each other and words. Is there a website you do this on and than had the link? do you need to pay?

help, I want to make a baby book online and want to practice know and make a doggy book !

Try wordle.com. I don't know how to do it with a background pic, but I'm sure there's a way to on there!

ETA: Okay- I thought you were asking for something else... but check out wordle b/c it's cool like that. Smile
