Glucose test tomorrow.. should I watch my sugar tonight?

I am going to go first thing in the morning, so I won't even have had breakfast yet.. but should I be watching my sugar intake right now?  Dessert is calling my name but I should resist the temptation!

    I say you should eat as you normally would.  You want the test to be accurate.

    Don't stop yourself from doing what you would normally do, like the pp said. You want to make sure you get the most accurate reading as possible.

    See, I'm glad you guys said that.  My boss (who is also PG) was like "Oh you shouldn't eat ANYTHING.. you want to be able to pass the test or else you have to do the 3 hour one!".  I was thinking that's kind of like cheating!  My **doctor** (sorry I had to edit that) said the morning I take the test I CAN eat, just don't eat like.. a big bowl of Frosted Flakes lol.

    Someone telling you NOT to eat so you don't fail is fvcking ridiculous. No matter what you eat, if you have GD, you have GD.

    I got diagnosed this week, and although to be honest, I don't necessarily like the diet or having to check my blood four times a day, I would rather do this than have all the complications that come when you DON'T get the right results from those tests.
