Anyone here work for ADP?

Totally random question that I'm going to post on some of the other boards as well but does anyone work for ADP?

I just got an email from a recuriter there and the job seems interesting.  I'm not actually looking for a job right now but it's a work from home opportunity so it might be worth looking into.

I was just wondering how their medical benefits and maternity coverage is.

Thanks!

Amy

Re: Anyone here work for ADP?

  • are you referring to the payroll outsourcing company?

  • Yep, that's the one...
  • i used to work there...and if you're looking for a stressful job then you found it!  people get so worked down that a lot of people actually go out on leave due to the stress.  also my previous manager is due in june and she's been there for 7+ years and she's only getting 6 weeks maternity leave...so that's not very much.  and i'm sure you'd have to be there for a certain period of time before you'd qualify for maternity leave.  the benefits they offer are pretty pricey too.

also - even work from home positions require you have child care while you're working from home.  i know someone that works from home pretty much 100% and they have a new baby and are required to have childcare.
