Just curious. DD hates sleeping in her cradle during the day and she will cry until I pick her up. She loves it at night (Which I am very grateful for!)
I still don't let N cry. If he's fussing I let him go until he either calms himself down or starts escalating to crying. He's still to young to self-soothe well.
I let DD cry for a few minutes probably no longer than five. I will only let her cry if she has been recently fed and her diaper is dry. I let her cry probably longer than I ever did my son. She also gets worked up sometimes when someone else has her, and those times she cries longer. If my husband has her I let her cry, but then she will hit a point and I can not stand it anymore and I go rescue her. Its really hard for me at times from having the world's easiest baby first and now DD who is just more opinionated and sometimes drives me nuts. Its really pitiful because she really is a pretty good baby, but I got spoiled bad the first time.
