Lining not cooperating

UGH! I am doing a mock transfer this cycle and was on 6 pills of estrace last week. Lining was 7.4. They upped it to 12 pills per day and today it was still 7! What the heck? Anyone else deal with a slow lining and have success with it thickening in the last minute? I heard the POM juice would help. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    How thick do they want it?  I got up to 7.4 and I was told that was plenty. 

    I wish I could give you some advice to speed it along, but I don't know of any way.  I hope someone else does!

    I am guessing that they are looking for an 8-12. So frustrating! I am hoping that I get the call this afternoon saying that it was fine and to start the PIO shots. We shall see :(

    I would do POM, and I would look for someone to do accupuncture a few times. I think it really helped me achieve excellent linings the last 2 cycles.

    POM, and acupuncture are great. I would also try baby aspirin if it's ok with your doc and using a heating pad down on the lower abdomen (I use one as I go to sleep or while watching tv) before ovulation/transfer.
