Silly ? I know but....

I went to the Dr. yesterday and did not think to ask this till I was already home. So baby girl is measuring BIG 6 lbs and I still have 7 weeks, we are going to do another ultrasound in 4 weeks at which point he may decide to induce or go for the c based on her size. So I am trying to prepare myself. If you have the c do you bleed down below like with a vaginal birth? I know it is a silly question, but I am confused.
