breast tenderness -- AFTER getting off the pill?

I got off the pill about 3 weeks ago (want to start trying in a few months), and I've never had such sore breasts. Is that something you're supposed to expect after recently getting off the pill? (i was taking Yaz). ?Just curious if anyone else experienced this too....

    YES! And it sucks! I never really had soreness when I was on the pill but I do now that I am off it. Usually it's just right around AF, but it's brutal!

    It gets better I promise! TMI but my nipples literally felt like they were going to fall off! I had to wear my normal bra, then a sports bra, and a support cami. Ugh - It lastest about 2 weeks with ridiculous pain, but now they're only a little sensitive.

    Try primrose oil, progesterone cream (only a little), and make sure you're taking a multi vitamin.

    Yes, I've definitely been experiencing that.  I put heat on them at night when I was home.

    YES! ?It sucks, especially b/c the only other time I had sore bbs I was pg...so, I thought I was pg. ?I can say, at least for me, it gets waaaaaaay better. ?Usually, I don't get sore bbs until a week after O, now that my hormones have leveled out.

    ETA: It's actually the progesterone that causes the soreness in most cases. ?So nix the cream unless your Dr says to use it. ?EPO and Vit E are good for this though.?

    Yes I am experiencing that now, and didn't ever have it with my 12 years on the pill.
