The best disposal breast pads

I know this has been asked before but which breast pads are best? Are there any that do not leave your breasts irritated?

TIA

  • I've only used the Lansinoh pads with adhesive, which I liked, and the Gerber ones w/o adhesive. I liked the Lansinoh better since you can stick them in place.

  • I use the Johnson & Johnson ones. They're kind of thick and sometimes don't absorb very well. I like the Medela ones better but they aren't sold anywhere where I live. I have to drive 30 minutes if I want them.

  • i tried 5 different brands. the only ones that really worked for me were the cheap gerber ones. i have sensitive skin/nipples and the others were like sandpaper on my nipples.
  • I really like the Evenflo pads.  They have lanolin in them & were the only ones that didn't irritate my nipples.

  • I have tried many and only like the Lansinoh. They work great and you can not see them through your clothes.

The Lansinoh ones hold in all that I leak, which is alot. On the downside they make me itch. I am thinking of investing in washable ones, I have heard that they aren't itchy

I like Medela's disposable pads. I use nipple cream before putting them on. Maybe that would help you too. Good luck!
  • I've had good luck with the Johnson & Johnson ones. I tried the Gerber ones and didn't like them, plus they weren't very smooth and could be seen through clothing.?
