Dr. confirmed it, and a funny story...

BFP on Tuesday morning, then a Dr. appointment last night (Wednesday) where Dr. did confirm that I was pregnant.  Yay!

 We haven't told anyone...  We're waiting until 1st tri ends.

Today my grandpa calls out of the blue and says, "Your mom told me to call right away to hear the big news!"  HUGE PAUSE...  My brain was racing and I was trying to figure out if I had forgotten that I had told my mom or something.  I was so shocked!  And then he says, "Yeah, I heard you saw (blah, blah, blah... boring story about something else)"

I thought I was losing my mind ladies!!  LOL

    haha. Wow. That would throw me for a loop, too! Good thing he volunteered the big news before you did!

    That's so funny because DH's grandparents said some of the weirdest things to us today and his cousin asked if we wanted their swingset...huh? But, nobody knows in the family (although DH is getting a big mouth so I have a feeling once we see the heartbeat Monday I'm doomed)

    thats so funny! The exact same thing happend to me!! Only we were waiting to tell my parents on Mothers Day (sunday) got our BFP on Thursday.

    She calls Saturday morning and says..."Kati I have to ask you a question and the answer I am hoping is no" (she didnt know we were ttc)

    Turns out she was worried that I had spent a lot on a mothers day present when all she wanted was to not cook and garden. But I was totally confused for a couple seconds, and freaked out that she was unhappy.

    Of course she was thrilled when I told her the next day.
