my first walk was down the street and back, but being outside for that short of time felt great!!!!! I say go for it, if you think you can do it, but don't push it
Oh, honey if the weather is nice get yourself outside!!!! Even if you just walk up and down your driveway or something. I was outside within days just to get some fresh air!! I know everyone's recovery is totally different, but get yourself some sunshine and fresh air - and remind yourself there is a world outside your front door!
Not crazy- just take it slow. I was up and walking around by 4 days out and was encouraged to do so at an easy pace because DS was in the NICU. Don't force yourself but a little walk will be good for you.
I remember that feeling. I finally went to freakin Kmart just to leave the house and see people other than family again. Your case is a little different so just be careful!!!!
Take a walk! ?Don't go crazy but you will feel so much better even after a little bit of walking. ?Take it slow and holding onto the stroller is a great help . ?
