Potty training & working full time

Just wondering about your experiences with potty training if you are working full time. I know our daycare will encourage it, but I don't forsee them actually getting her potty trained. Any suggestions??

BTW, she loves to sit on the potty and even has tried on underwear and liked it, but she never does anything on the potty. I have even offered m&ms as a reward if she goes.?

    I found with both my girls that when they were ready, PT'ing didn't take long...a couple of days.  So I did it over a weekend.  I wouldn't count on daycare to actively PT either but once she's PT'd they should definitely encourage her to use the potty.
