how long did it take for the toddler bed to stick?

We plan to move DS to his toddler bed and "new" room prior to the birth of the new baby.  I am trying to figure out when we should start so that it is old hat by the time the baby is here.  I was thinking 3 months.  Too long or not long enough?

    I would try this question on this board: Toddlers: 24 Months+ b/c you might get more feedback Wink.  Most of us are pretty young tot moms.

    I agree w/ Francisca. You'll get better answers over there :)

    But I have heard you want to do it at least 2 months in advance, to get #1 used to it all and so that they don't feel like the change is because of the baby.

    TTC since 8/13 - diagnosed difficulty conceiving due to LP defect. Took vitamin B and Vitex Berry to help lengthen.
    BFP 2/14 - Missed M/C found at 8.5 weeks. D&C at 9w2d. Partial Molar Pregnancy.
