Did you find your uterus area or ovaries slighly sensitive for awhile?
I had a lap done on 4/13 to remove an ovary cyst. The doc also found scar tissue that was making my fallopian tubes attach to my wall, and a little scar tissue here and there and on my bowel area. She detached them and did a cromotubation and my tubes are thankfully open. She did away with most of the scar tissue also.
I find the ovary that had the cyst removed more sensitive meaning I feel alot more twinges than I did before the surgery. It also gets a little uncomfortable when I feel I need to have a bm. Not sure if this is just because my insides are still healing or what.
Re: Those who have had a lap...
I haven't had one, but was wondering how well everything turned out for you. If I don't get PG this cycle my doc brought up having one done and was curious as to, if it hurt, how recovery was, etc... I feel all kinds of twinges too, maybe its just normal and we are intouch with our bodies.
Hopefully you get a BFP soon now that they removed the cyst. Crossing my fingers for you.

Hope4us, I had alot of anxiety about it because I've never had surgery before but it's over so quick. One minute they're telling you that they're going to give you something to relax you and then next minute you're waking up in the recovery room. I went home 30 minutes after I woke up. Recovery is not so bad. The cuts don't hurt and they really are very tiny. I was so relieved the first time I took the bandages off. I took a week off work. the thing is, I got really bad gas in my upper body and shoulders. They pump your stomach with carbon dioxide so all that gas rises. Not every one gets this feeling. I had it bad seeing how it didn't go away till after a week. It hurt to laugh and too much moving was uncomfortable. Other than that it was fine.
I think it was a blessing that I got the cyst. If I wouldn't of had it, I wouldn't of had the lap and found out I had scar tissue. I mean who would of thunk? I have regular periods and ovulate but I thought I had endo maybe. No endo..scar tissue which I have no idea where I got it. I thought something was wrong because we've been trying for about a year.

No problem.
I had the same thing. The dye out of my left tube flowed through but a little slower than my right.
How long have you been trying? Have you been diagnosed with anything? I have a tilted uterus and H's morphology is on the low side. Motility isn't the greatest either that being about 50/50. All we need is one so I'm staying hopeful. Next month I plan on meeting with a fertility specialist. I still haven't done the standard testing like fsh, progesterone, etc. I don't think that's an issue though. I'd like to move on to clomid or IUI if that's going to help.
We've been trying since Dec 2007, but told my OB that it was Oct since I knew something must be wrong. I haven't been diagnosed with anything like PCOS and the only thing holding me back is I think my tubes. How funny, I also have a tilted uterus. My DH is fine too...the samples he gives are always between 10-30 mil and 70% mot.
Wishing you the best of luck next month. All you prob need is some Clomid and/or an IUI and then you will announcing your BFP. Keep us posted. GL!
