Getting camcorder videos onto PC HELP

We have an 8mm Sony Handycam. I am trying to get the videos onto my computer. We just bought a Dazzle DVDrecorder, it came with a pinnacle disk to install it and the device. The device has space for RCA's from your camcorder or tv to plug in, then it USB's to your PC. I can't get it to work my computer keeps asking for a driver to be installed but there is no driver.

 Does anyone use this or can you tell me what you do use to get your videos onto your computers PRETTY PLEASE :)

    Based on your post I'm not sure which part of your setup is missing a driver, but you can go to the website for all those companies and download any missing drivers.
