Although, I think listening to kids music of any sort, at any time, is ridiculous. The only time kid music is playing around me, is if it's on a show that Evan is watching.

I'd rather stick hot rusty nails in my eyes than listen to kid music in the car.

i agree 100%. and thats exactly my house. when we turn on music, we turn it on the top 40 radio station in the house. and in the car its whatever im in the mood for. people are damn batty if they think im going to listen to the imagination movers or the like while driving.

Music has just always been a huge part of my life. I refuse to give that up just because I have children. They will just grow up with good taste in music, is all.

I FLOVE the summer olympics. they should do away with the winter ones and just do the summer olympics every year.

DS was born 2 weeks before the olympics and I have very fond memories of 3AM feedings and watching the olympics.

I am the sports fiend in my house. I lol at every complaint and vent in here about sports and sportscenter because I'm the one who is adamant about watching in our house. All except NASCAR I do not get the appeal of that, but everything else - especially baseball - I watch and am quite obsessed with. I'm the one who plans the tv schedule around sporting events, DH is the one who'd rather find something else to watch. That being said game 7 tonight - Go Celts!

Well there goes my ITA streak...lol

I don't understand why people need SUVs or minivans if they have less than three kids. I drive a Focus ST sedan and just don't know wtf people must pack with them to go places - because we've never had a problem, space wise. Plus I love my car and would rather walk than drive a minivan (or even most SUVs).
