Expecting a little boy! Diagnosed with ML type II at 19 weeks
At least you have a positive attitude Just have everyone save the scraps from their dresses so you can use them if you need panels put in (usually ends up being cheaper than a maternity dress- I've been in 2 weddings pregnant). And comfy shoes. At least you won't be hung over the next day

LOL. my sister was a bridesmaid @36 weeks in our brothers wedding. she basically had to order a huge dress that looked like a tent, and when it came in she just had it seriously altered. we had ordered the dresses months before the wedding, she she had no idea what size she would be when the time came!!!! good luck, your a good sport lol ?
Ha! One of my bridesmaids was about 35-36 weeks for my wedding. She was adorable in her dress.
I'm the matron of honor in my cousin's wedding in late October. Yeah, just about six weeks after our baby is due - so if he/she comes on time I'm looking at six weeks to try to look decent and get my dress altered to fit. And I'm breast feeding - I'll have to double up on the breast pads so I don't leak all over the front of the dress before I walk down the aisle. lol I'd take being 36 wks pregnant in a wedding rather than 6 weeks post.

I've been a little pregnant (20 weeks), very pregnant (around 35 weeks), and fresh postpartum (about 5 weeks out) in weddings and postpartum was BY FAR the worst! At least when you're big & pregnant it's obvious why- the one where I was post partum I was so self concious because I had to wear a corset to have something to put my breast pads in and it was a fit & flare (mermaid) style dress. It was gorgeous but definitely not on me! I still feel like I ruined the wedding pictures.

My sister's wedding was just over a WEEK after I gave birth. I walked down the aisle and was a part of the wedding and all of that, but I didn't wear the bridesmaid dress. No way, no how. My legs and feet were so swollen after delivery that I looked like that big white tire guy. LOL.
Oh no.. wow. I am MOH in a wedding next April and we went dress shopping today. What a nightmare, which I knew would be, but I tried to be positive. (Bride even had me try dresses on, which was mostly a joke.) Places are pressuring to order like now, but hello.. I have many months to go pregnant and not pregnant so how the hell do you know what size I am going to be! Then they are also pulling "oh it is probably going to be discontinued" line. We are planning on ordering Nov/Dec, so I have time. Ugh, and then she went on to tell me how it is an additional $40 because of my now "large size"... Yes, but I don't plan on being 4 1/2 months pregnant in April. Thanks. Good luck, you are better than me! Unless it was my bff, I would not do it.

I am in the same boat as you. I am in my little brothers wedding when I will be 36 weeks. I'm so glad that I found out 1 week before we ordered the dresses. Lucky for me she picked a nice flowy tea length style. I just ordered a large size and will have it altered to fit me. The same thing happened to me when I was pregnant with DD. I was supposed to be in my best friends wedding 10 days before my due date but could because of being put on bedrest 3 days before the wedding.
