This is a XP from the EFF board.
My husband and I picked up this nasty, old rocker at a garage sale last summer.

DH stripped it (which was quite an ordeal - there were more layers than we thought). Then he refinished it with a child-safe finish. I wove a new seat and back in reed. The quality of the locally-available reed wasn't as good as I would have liked, but doing it was actually easier than I thought. We're very happy with the final product!
The rocker is for our baby nursery. What we like best about it is that the project required both of us ...just like the baby! ![]()
