40 wks tomorrow and...

...still no sign of baby. Everyone is telling me to walk, drive over speed bumps and eat lots of spicy food. I'm going to be pregnant forever.?

    I feel your pain!!  Have you been having any contractions or anything?  Tues/Wed night I was having some that I really thought were going to turn into something... then nothing!  I've tried EVERYTHING!!  Including bribing baby with puppies....  threatening to take blackmail pictures for the first boyfriend... she's as stubborn as me! 

    Good Luck - I hope something starts VERY soon for you!!

    We're getting some storms today....  come on out baby!!

    I start feeling contractions, but they go away as soon as I fall asleep. Nothing that's going to send me to L&D though. GL to you too.?

    I feel your pain.... Everyone has given me advice, except for the speed bumps, and it's only resulted in an induction date of Tuesday night, which I am soooo ready for!

    My OB said that if I go to my DD without baby, then they will induce me within that same week - and he wants to schedule me when he is on call so he could be there for the birth.

     

    I, myself, have the same thing...contractions that last a good hour or so, but as soon as I try to determine if we should go to L&D by lying down...all of a sudden they stop.  Grumble grumble.
