This is bizarre. Does this happen to you?

I notice that when I have BH my heart starts to flutter at the same time.  It's not fluttering badly, but enough that it's uncomfortable.  I also notice blood rushing to my head during BH.

Does this happen to any of you?

    I think I know what you mean.  I don't get a flutter but its almost like a light pressure over my entire torso.

    Yes, I notice a difference.  Not with every contraction, but sometimes I notice that my sinuses tighten up...like I'm going up in a plane or something.


    Its really weird.

    i get sort of breathless when i get BH and have to take deep breaths... i also often get hot flashes at the same time.

    Yes!  I thought I was the only one!  It doesn't happen with every one, only the really strong ones, but my heart does start beating weird, I get the breath knocked out of me and my head fills up...

    It's kind of scary- I'm going to mention it to my MW when I go in again Monday.

    This was just happening to me as I was reading this post! Crazzzzy!!! But yeah I feel like my heart is racing and my head gets tingly! I just keep rubbing my belly hoping it will stop being so tight

    This happens to me too! I told my OB that I felt like I was short of breath when I have BH, and she said it was normal. It's just a very weird feeling.
