wedding rings question

Did you take yours off when your fingers started to swell or did you suffer until you were going to the hospital for L&D.

My rings are starting to get tighter...sometimes it is just a "swell" day but now they are just getting tighter because of weight, it's getting warmer....

I definitely will leave rings and watch at home for L&D but...it makes me a little sad to take them off for the next two months......

I took them off once my fingers were starting to swell regularly. I wear them on a necklace now.

Mine have been off for a while now. It has been hot here since March and my fingers couldn't take it!!

I took e-ring off a while ago. Wedding band still fits. I will wear it as long as can.

My fingers swell so bad my ring will pinch off my circulation if I don't take them off. So it's been off and on but mostly swollen lately. I bought a $5 fake wedding looking ring at Claire's and even get lots of compliments cuz people think it's real - Haha!! I feel naked without a ring on so it's nice to have something on! I normally wear a 6.5 and this ring is a 9 - perfect for my super swollen days!!!

Mine are still OK. I have to take them off at night after dinner they tend to get tight. My e-ring is smaller then my wedding band and I had to take it off for two days last month when it was in the upper 80's around here. Right now that the weather has been in the 70's or lower I am ok. We will see what happens next month when it gets hot.

Do you worry about them falling off your pinky or are they snug...I thought about doing that but thought wil they fall off when washing my hands, doing dishings, washing hair, etc.

I just took mine off b/c they were starting to cut off my circulation... i did get kind of annoyed at the doctors the other day when the MW referred to dh as my "boyfriend" though.

So far I am just taking them off at night but if the swelling gets really bad I guess I will do like the PP did & but a fake ring.

I just took mine off and I wish I took them off sooner. It was sooo painful to get them off and my DH had to twist and pull on soapy finger. It came off in the end and it was dry and red underneath. I would take them off at the point where it gets hard to take them off without using an oil or soap.

I was having a lot of trouble getting my wedding band on and off and I was too scared of it getting stuck. So I stopped wearing it and my engagement ring and went out and bought a $5 fake ring at Kohls and that is what I wear. I just couldn't go without wearing anything. I felt naked.

I take mine off every night before I go to bed, and one morning like 2 weeks ago, I couldn't get them back on. Luckily I still had my fake travel set, which is almost 2 sizes larger but fits perfectly right now, so I don't have to go "naked."

It's better to take them off early so you don't need to have them cut off!
