OK, now HERE's a TMI question

Do you ever get shooting pain through your?clitoris? Holy God I don't know what he's doing in there but it hurts soooooooo bad!

    I've had it before. Not fun, no idea why either. That was pre-preg though.

    I chalk this up to what is referred to as lightening croch. I think it's the  baby kicking certain organs like the urethra. I agree with you it's a killer!

    It's called "lightening crotch" m'dear. And my Dr said it's from the baby pushing on nerves but you only feel it in the nerve-endings, which in that case, happen to be in your cervix. To me it feel like knives slicing me from the inside. Not fun!

    This makes sense, because it usually starts in my bladder and goes down. Definitely different than what's going on in my cervix.

    Thank you for asking this question..........and thanks to the others for answering it!!!  :)  I get this pain just about every morning - always just when I wake up and get out of bed.  I think it could be the combination of a full bladder and the baby hitting my bladder.  It's a slicing pain, very brief, but VERY uncomfortable!!!
