Bright Red Blood/C-Section

For those that had c-sections. A couple of questions: 

How long after did you bleed bright red blood?   I know it's normal to have bright red blood, but was curious for how long you bled bright red.

How long did it take for your incision/abdominal pain to go away?

    2.5 weeks, heavy for 2 weeks and spotting for 1/2 week afterward

    Hi Annie! :)

     

    I bled like that for almost 3.5 weeks - its just now turned to light spotting. 

    I still have tender and numb areas along my incision - that can remain a year or more from what I have heard.  Its definitely getting beteer though.

    I'd say mine was about a week or so then tapered off. It was about 8-10 weeks before most of the pain went away. I'm still sore sometimes, but totally manageable.

    I bled on and off the first 8 weeks. It started going down around 3 weeks, almost gone around 4 or 5, and came pretty heavy around 6.

    The pain got better every week. By 6 weeks it only hurt to sneeze or cough. Now I never notice pain, but I'm still numb.

    still hving some bright red and brown..it intermittent and worse if i am up and about a lot...i still have tenderness at incision site, but its more sore above it..but totally manageable, i am off my pain meds for about a week now...

    for the bleeding about 3.5 weeks then it became moe spotty. and yesterday and today have the first days my stomach has not been insanely tender.

    I bled for about 3 weeks and it was done. My numbness lasted maybe a month and I have had no pain after the numbness. I feel really good and it has only been 3 months

    I bled for 6w with #1. Less than 5 days with #2.

    I had some pain off and on until my 2nd c-section. I am still having some pain off and on.

    Its been over two weeks for me and its finally turning a little brown and lightening. I am almost pain free from my incision. Getting out of bed and some positions cause some aching but thats all. I have been off pain meds for over a week.
