Bring a baby nail file - sister was so overdue that LO came out with super long nails and you can't use clippers on them that soon. Also, someone mentioned bringing an appendi-flex file to hold all of yours and baby's paper work.
I have no idea what to bring I keep packing and unpacking because I change my mind and make a new list. I need to just pack it and put it in the car and forget about it.

I started putting mine together just in the last week but it doesn't have everything in it, because there is stuff on my list that I'll use up until the day I go into labor. I do, however, have a list and make sure I know where everything is so I can easily locate and finish packing once the time comes.
I packed it at 34 weeks because I ended up in L&D for possible PTL. I'd say about 34-35 weeks is when to pack it. I'm not packing anything unusual.. just my personal hygiene products, an outfit to wear home, an outfit for baby to wear home, camera with it's necessities, laptop and it's necessities, cards for boredom.. thats about it that I can think of right now. I have a list taped to my mirror of last minute things to add.
Re: What week are you planning on packing hospital bag?
Trust me... pack it now. I'm glad I did because I landed myself and DH in L&D just this past week.
I added heating pad to my packing list. Tennis balls, and def socks (it's freezing in there).
Between 34-36 weeks.

Though I did just pull out my bag of toiletries and made sure everything I need is there and stocked...
