    Only if it produces HCG. Like the PP said certain tumors can do that but it's really rare. Some fertility meds will trigger a false pos as well.

    A long time ago I read an article about a woman who wanted to get pg so badly that she actually freaked her brain out into thinking she was and had all the symptoms, m/s-belly started distending-even a positive hcg because her body actually THOUGHT he was pregnant...but she wasn't. ?It was the weirdest thing I have ever read and probably less likely than winning the Mega Millions...
