At home hair remover?

Any out there that work?

I am going camping at the beach in a week n a half and I dont want to attempt to shave my legs in a crowded 2x2 shower, I want something to to remove it and not have to worrie about it all week

Any suggestions?

  • Make sure you test it on a small patch of skin and wait a day or to before you use it on a large area of your body.  A few years ago I used it on my upper lip for the small amount of hair I have there and ended up with red spots that looked like I had herpes of the mouth.  Oh yeah and one more piece of advice, don't try the tape looking hair removers they will swoer on the box they are great but they suck as$

  • If you are looking for wax strips - then go with Nads. It works so much better than Sally Jensen (I think that's the name). I use it to wax my armpits.

  • I've only used it once(yesterday), but Shower Power by Nair worked really well.  Just be sure the layer of cream is relatively thick.  It comes with a handy sponge to wipe it off.  You apply it a few minutes before entering the shower and sponge it off at the end of your shower before getting out.  I'd still take a razor just in case you miss any spots.
