CIO=F*cking torture

For me that is!  God this is so hard.  We are on day two.  As hard as it is to sit and listen to her cry, I know she is making progress (crying time is cut in half from yesterday) & I KNOW it is important for her to be able to get herself to sleep.

    Awww...hang in there.  So hard, but so worth it!! :)  Bedtime is SUCH a happy time in my household now.

    Bedtime is the best time.  The kid looks forward to it.  I look forward to it.  This hard part will pass.

    I agree! It was so hard to do with my son but he just wouldnt ever sleep.
