Any recs for a more upright stroller

We love our BOB, but now that DD is getting older, she is *over* the semi-recumbent position of that stroller. Any suggestions for strollers that support baby in a more upright position?

  • Yes, I would love to know these suggestions......DS can sit in a shopping cart all day but hates his semi-reclined un-ajdustable 1-positioned Quinny.

  • We have a Graco Quattro Tour stroller - the same one we've had since DD was born.

It has a 4-position, flat-reclining seat and a huge basket underneath for storage. It is a little bulky (it barely fits in the trunk of our 2005 Dodge Neon and when it's in there, nothing else fits), but it's not all that heavy. The weight limit is (I think -- don't quote me on this) 65 lbs, and it's compatible with all of Graco's infant car seats.

I love it and would recommend it to anyone. HTH

  • We have a Maclaren Triumph and a Maxi Cosi Foray. Both are great in their own ways and both have great upright positions.

  • Definitely a Peg Perego.  It has a different style harness that allows them to lean forward while they're strapped in.  DD looooves it.

We also have a Peg Perego.  It is the Aria and it has been great.  The harness allows her to lean forward and move around while still being strapped in.
