Clear, watery, spit-up ?

My Lo did this the other day. He is EFF. He does get cereal in his last bottle but I thought it was weird to see clear liquid come out. Just curious if anyone else ran across this.

An hour or two after he eats is likely reflux, at least it was for us.

I am not sure what EFF means, but this sounds like reflux.

My DS has done this when he is congested...it was actually mucous. Could that be the case?
